Pass a 15 cm loop of line
through the eye of the hook.

Lock the upper part between thumb
and forefinger, making a loop.

Wrap the tag end twice around the double line.

Pass the tag end back
through the loops just made.

Tighten the knot into shape,
and work it down against the eye of the hook.
