Step by Step.
Thread the eye of the hook and roll a loop into the tippet. |

Thread the tag back through the loop and commence wrapping both strands. |
Continue till four wraps have been made. |

Close the knot and adjust the loop size but do not pull it tight just yet. |
When the loop is of the desired size, pull the knot tight. |
